I am seeking a Bosun position onboard a private/ charter vessel. I have gained extensive experience on various yachts, taking on various different roles and growing through the chain. I have strengthened my skills in team management, deck maintenance, and some engineering duties. I am a highly adaptable, organised, logical worker with the ability to perform and execute demanding tasks in high-pressure environments. My experience over the past 3 years in yachting has allowed me to grow from Deckhand to Lead Deckhand and now Bosun, managing a team based on mutual respect and a calm, systematic approach.

CurrentJoined M/Y Cocoa Bean as a Deckhand in March 2023, promoted to Lead Deckhand in August, and then to Bosun in February 2024. Responsibilities include leading crane parties, extensive guest tender driving, deck maintenance, and training of deck crew.
Temp Deckhand
Performed rig maintenance, servicing of deck blocks, and general yearly maintenance for all onboard systems.
Temp Deck/Engineer
Painting and non-skid work on the entire interior, polishing hull, and restoration of ground.
