As an EU resident based in Constanța, Romania, I hold a Chief Engineer License <3000 kW and a Second Engineer Unlimited License (Reg III/2, issued 2021), along with valid B1/B2 and C1/D US visas. Experienced on shipyard / drydock / retrofit projects. Since 2019, I have maintained a stable and continuous employment record with Royal Caribbean and CMA CGM, most recently serving aboard the 47m Heesen motor yacht MY ASYA (2017). I take pride in building long-term professional relationships and contributing consistently to the vessels and companies I serve. On board, I have led engineering teams of up to 10 crew members, including junior engineers, ETOs, and ratings. My leadership style is calm, structured, and solution-oriented. I foster a respectful, drama-free working environment.
