ZSG is a high quality day-cruise company with a fleet of 17 ships ranging from 23 meter, full electric ones up to the 60 meter, 116 year old steam ship. I held my position as Bosun, as i loved working hard, having responsibilities and interacting with the guests and crew. Training more then 20 crew to Deckhands, Bosuns or Engineers for a month individually gave me additional experiences.

Seasonal lifeguard on a busy beach in Lucerne. Days with 400-4000 guests and only me as lifeguard went with no problems or losses.

Three year training to Bosun for inland navigation. Rotational position 4:2 on board the most luxurious vessel for inland navigation (by this time). Gained valuable experience in tender operations as well maintaining this beautiful ship to her highest level. 3 months per year was spent on a training vessel with intensive theoretical as well practical courses.
