Cécile B is a 43 m private vessel where I was hired as a Junior stew and worked myself up to Chief stew position and owner's PA over the course of three years. My duties included: Housekeeping (1 Master cabin, 4 guest cabins), Table setting and service, Doing guest and crew laundry, Provisioning for guests and crew, Organising and restocking uniform inventory, Organising owners personal and business documents, Booking restaurants and day trips.

Ett Kvarter was a high end restaurant in Southern Sweden where I worked as a sous-chef. My duties included: Producing high quality plates, including both appearance and taste, Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures, Working together as a team and under pressure.
