Chief Engineer
CurrentI helped deliver the yacht to Antalya Turkey where I was asked to stay on as Chief. I helped with a 7m extension major refit, 25-year major survey as well as 9 charter seasons and extensive shipyard periods in the down time. I started rotating on 2 months on 2 months off rotation in 2018 so I am looking for a rotation but a step up in salary and size.
Chief Engineer
Since January 2013 I have been placed in the role of chief engineer, overseeing the refit of the vessel which is to include the removal of all interior spaces including the engine room and pipework. We have been in the shipyard for approx. 2 years.
2nd Engineer
Responsible for the maintenance of all the engine room and deck machinery. Making sure all the machineries and safety systems are working safely, efficiently and within the provided parameters.
