I am an experienced maritime officer currently working as a 2nd Officer / DPO in the offshore industry. Through my career at sea, I have gained strong navigational skills, watchkeeping experience, and the ability to work effectively within international crews in demanding operational environments. Safety, professionalism, and teamwork have always been central to how I approach my work. Working offshore has given me experience with bridge operations, voyage planning, dynamic positioning support, and maintaining high operational standards. I am used to adapting to new teams quickly, and performing under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude on board. I am now looking to transition into the yachting industry, where I can bring my maritime experience, strong work ethic, and attention to detail to a professional yacht environment. CurrentAs Second Officer / DPO on board a DP offshore installation vessel, I am responsible for navigational watchkeeping, safe vessel operations, and supporting complex offshore activities such as cable laying and installation works. My duties include operating and monitoring the Dynamic Positioning (DP) system to maintain precise vessel position, passage planning, chart corrections, and ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations. I work closely with the bridge team, deck crew, and project personnel to ensure safe, efficient operations during both transit and offshore project phases.
