I have previous Lead Deckhand and Relief Bosun experience, having worked on two new build projects and busy private/charter yachts from 50m to 147m. I’m used to taking real ownership of deck operations, standards, and projects, and I’ve regularly stepped into the Bosun role when required; managing crew, overseeing safety, and planning day-to-day operations. I have extensive tender driving experience across all propulsion types, including a 12m Brabus Axopar, 10-12m limos, jet and prop tenders, and catamarans. I also have extensive davit and knuckle boom crane experience, taking charge of launching and recovery or tenders in various conditions.

Lead Deckhand
Planned and ran daily deck operations alongside the bosun, taking sole charge of morning setups and deck readiness during guest operations. Implemented digital task and inventory systems to improve planning and stock control. Supported and guided junior deck crew to maintain consistent standards.
Experienced Deckhand/ Relief Bosun
Relieved Bosun of duties when on vacation including the crew safety representative role. New build setup - zero to fully kitted out vessel with large array of watersports equipment and maintenance products.
Temporary Deckhand
Extensive miles of tender driving, ranging from 12m limos, jet propulsion catamarans, and twin prop tenders. General maintenance including window, stainless and inboard paint polishing.
