I am 46 years old; I hold a Master 500 GT commercial, I have been working in the industry for 16 years, as captain for the last 13 years including 5 running a 37m and lately on a Benetti 40m and now on a Palmer Johnson 42m. I am active (not the chair captain type), honest, professional, diligent and reliable. I possess strong engineering skills; I have a safety management system in place adaptable to most yachts based on preventive maintenance and check lists for every machinery on board. I always keep on top of the paperwork and accounts. My navigation record is completely accident-free, I’m knowledgeable, I always apply good seamanship and common sense. I have experience sailing in various regions of the world, including in tidal, challenging waters. I have over 1500 actual seas days and plenty of shipyard time too. I am dedicated, I’m a problem solver and I'm resourceful. I am flexible in my work but not on principles such as safety, hard work, respect or punctuality. I do care for the yacht I’m working on and for the owner's assets in general and I am attentive to keep a tight budget. I pay close attention to constant cleanness as well as the well-being of the crew since I believe high crew turnover is detrimental to the vessel. I am comfortable and used to working with people of all nationalities, ethnicities and background. I’m fit & healthy, have proven track of longevity on board, I’m fluent in 3 languages (English, French & Spanish). I have done a lot of charters and have been dealing with world famous guests, businessmen and politicians. I am confident with temporary guests as well as owners. I don't drink, smoke, nor have any tattoos. I hold an EU passport, all my licenses, tickets, and medical certificates are up to date.

Career Objective
Ideally our plan is to find a rotation with my long time partner Alina. She is trully an amazing chief stewardess. She is hard working, diligent and reliable. She is a real professional, perfect with the guests, she is highly organized and pays great attention to details. Moreover, Alina cares, she is trustworthy, has a healthy lifestyle, she is interesting and curious but also attentive and always respectful of her colleagues.
