As the Second Stewardess, responsibilities included working closely with the same Chief Stewardess from the previous two boats to develop and implement a structured shipyard plan during the shipyard period. A key focus was training and mentoring the Third Stewardess, ensuring a strong understanding of service standards and wine etiquette. Maintaining high levels of organization and efficiency within the interior team contributed to the seamless execution of daily operations.

Humbly accepting the position of 3rd stewardess alongside my previous chief stewardess, the focus was primarily on laundry and housekeeping while rotating through all interior departments. Independent management of service allowed for the creation of beautiful table arrangements and a pleasant atmosphere. Orders were followed diligently, and there was a strong eagerness to learn as the yacht transitioned into a charter vessel.

Successfully transitioning to the role of Chief Stewardess followed the temporary tenure of my predecessor. High standards set by the previous chief stewardess were upheld and surpassed, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining excellent service and operations on the yacht. Oversight of all services, including provisions, ensured guest satisfaction, initially collaborating with one day worker while training a junior stewardess to meet the same high standards of excellence. Additionally, I provided support at the owner's mansion during dinner parties when needed.
