Yacht Maintenance and Supply: Supervise and participate in yacht maintenance, and annual surveys. Manage the logistics of yacht supplies to ensure seamless operations. Working with Sealogical software. Organizational Expertise: Take charge of coordinating and organizing various aspects of yacht operations, ensuring efficiency in daily activities, crew responsibilities, and guest experiences.

General Deck duties: Navigation, watch keeping, bridge equipment and updating charts & ECDIS, passage planning, GMDSS, safety familiarization & drills. Inspection and maintenance of LSA &FFE. Working with IDEA software. ISM and ISPS Compliance: Execute and oversee the implementation of International Safety Management (ISM) and International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code to guarantee the safety, security of the yacht, its guests and crew.

General Deck duties: Maintain a safe and efficient navigational watch in accordance with international and local regulations, maintain the Deck and Radio Logbooks. ISM and ISPS Compliance: Prepare safety meeting minutes, submit meeting reports to the Master and Emergency Drill Reports. Yacht survey procedures, ISM, ISPS and GMDSS procedures.
