I am looking to continue to learn and develop in the role of Chief Officer, gaining valuable experience from new captains and crew, as well as to teach and pass on my knowledge, promoting a safe and efficient work environment throughout the yacht. A long term goal of mine is to one day have the opportunity of stepping up to become a Captain.
