Growing up on a 37ft fishing boat, where my family ran charters along the East African coast, I developed a deep love for the ocean. Raised in Mozambique and Tanzania, I carry a strong connection to the sea and its lifestyle. Second Stewardess
Assumed all second stew responsibilities but also acted as sole stewardess for the first month after joining as well as throughout the duration of our ship yard period. Cooked for the crew while off trip, reorganizing, labeling and repacking the interior, updating all guest preference sheets.
Training Junior Sole Stew
Spent 2 hours of the day training a green sole stewardess aboard the vessel. We went through service, cutlery & crockery needed for every meal, wine service, turn ups & turn downs, laundry, beach setup necessities.
Day Worker
Spent the 24th prepping the interior for a customer viewing, cabin detailing and setting, salon detailing and setting, flower arranging. On the 26th, we had 4 guests on board for drink service, canape service, and running the interior tour. On the 28th, spent the day clearing, cleaning and reorganizing cupboards, bilges, storage spaces and the laundry.
