Experience

Chief Stewardess

Jan 2025 - Jul 2025
M/Y Arkadia

As part of the interior crew on a 50m yacht, I joined when the team consisted of only three stewardesses, requiring me to readjust all procedures and rotas to accommodate the high-paced environment of the vessel. My responsibilities included preparing the boat for the season, purchasing uniforms, setting up the interior, and training the stewardesses. I also managed the interior accounts and successfully used Voly software for efficient financial tracking. During our participation in the West Palm Boat Show, my team ensured the yacht maintained an immaculate appearance throughout the event. Following the boat show, we completed three owners' trips lasting a total of eleven weeks, during which we hosted a full boat capacity. I completed 5 weeks of successful back-to-back charters with multinational guests. My main duty was to ensure that the yacht remains in pristine condition for our charter guests and I was privileged to contribute my best efforts alongside my team for every guest who stepped on board.

Chief Stewardess

Jan 2024 - Apr 2024
M/Y Mont Al-Lawz

During my tenure as Chief Stewardess, I seamlessly transitioned into the role at the onset of the season, following the departure of the predecessor. Under the boat's new ownership, I took the lead in curating a comprehensive interior inventory from scratch, encompassing newly acquired tableware, linen, valuable interior items while setting up checklists and various procedures for smooth operations. Embracing new programs like IDEA, Pinpoint, and Centrip, integral to our processes, I swiftly adapted despite being unfamiliar initially. Additionally, I assumed responsibility for recruiting and managing the interior crew, overseeing uniform procurement, and coordinating various interior-related purchases to enhance the overall guest experience aboard the vessel. Our team meticulously prepared the boat for guest trips in adherence to all requirements, setting the stage for a successful season ahead.

Chief Stewardess

Jul 2023 - Oct 2023
M/Y Leonardo III

I joined M/Y Leonardo III in the middle of a guest trip, becoming the third Chief Stewardess to join the team that season. Despite the challenges, I quickly immersed myself in the operations, adapting to the dynamic environment. M/Y Leonardo III is a private boat shared among three families, inclusive of teenage children and young adults in their early 20s. During my tenure onboard, I successfully managed service operations amidst six additional crew turnovers and continuous family trips, consistently upholding the highest standards and fostering a positive environment for both guests and crew. As part of a new crew, I played a pivotal role in setting up various interior aspects, from inventories to schedules and rotations. My three-month tenure saw me leaving behind a comprehensive folder of checklists and inventories for the incoming Chief Stewardess, showcasing my dedication to ensuring a smooth transition. Although the position was initially temporary, the Management and the Captain recognized my contributions and offered me a permanent contract. Regrettably, due to my focus on temporary positions at the time, I had to decline the offer, but I am appreciative of the valuable experience gained during my time on M/Y Leonardo III.
