2nd Stewardess
CurrentHired as second, promoted to chief stewardess. I took charge of establishing all interior setups from scratch, including creating inventories, daily work lists, and cleaning instructions. I managed housekeeping, guest services, provisions, and coordinated trip planning with the owner. Additionally, I supervised two shipyard periods and oversaw various interior projects, including a complete galley rebuild.
Supervisor / Manager
Served as Supervisor and Manager for parts of the project. Collaborated with a world-class Chef for meal services and outdoor excursions. Arranged excursions, set up venues, and provided service. Assisted lodges with training, received and distributed stock, managed shift service teams, and coordinated with department heads to ensure smooth operations.
2nd Stewardess
Permanent position on Meraki with a crew of 7 and up to 9 guests. The American owner sailed globally, participated in the St. Barths Bucket Race, managing an additional 30 race crew and 14 guests. Extensive yard period in Savannah, Georgia; sailed to Newport, Rhode Island; Maine; the Caribbean Islands; and crossed to Palma, Mallorca.
