I am currently looking for my next Mate/Deckhand role, ready to jump in and support the team from day one. Looking to make a long-term career in the industry, with the intention of becoming a captain. I have solid experience in operating large tenders, deck operations, and managing/working in small teams. I fit easily into new crew environments and take pride in high-quality work while being someone others can rely on.

Busy private program for a large family. Primary responsibilities include handling a 40ft tender/chase boat & Leading/managing the deck team in all deck operations. Deck operations include: Captaining 40’ enclosed chaseboat (with owners onboard), Mooring (experience with locks), Water toys (including slide setup & teardown), weekly washdowns, and general maintenance (Teak cleaner/brighterner, Gelcoat Wax, Stainless Polish, Sanding/varnish). Left position due to extensive yard period.
Assistant Harbormaster
Managed a team of dockhands while overseeing operations of 1,200 permanent slips, and 1000+ feet of guest moorage. Coordination of arrivals, departures, and guest moorage.
Marina Harbor Attendant
Responsible for 2,300+ permanent slips while managing daily operations of 5,000 feet of guest moorage. Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Collected and billed guest moorage balances, and metered electricity charges.
