Responsible for entire galley operations including menu planning, provisioning throughout the Caribbean and Southeast U.S. Both private and Charter. Duties included and not limited to maintaining cleanliness of the galley and all operating equipment, monthly budgets and APA’s.
Charter Chef
Responsible for all aspects relating to maintenance of galley equipment, meal planning and provisioning for both Crew and Guests, both Private and Charter throughout the Caribbean season. Successfully completed all 7 charters.
Relief Executive Chef
Responsible for all daily aspects of galley operations, Crew and guest meal planning while maintaining daily galley cleaning schedules and guiding sous Chef regarding weekly crew meals and provisions.
