Supervising the deck team and ensuring they are safe and effective in their duties during the busy summer boss trip. Planning day to day tasks and assigning duties to the deck team. Managing cleanliness and maintenance of the exterior of the vessel. Ensuring Tenders and watersport toys are in pristine condition and ready for day to day use. Main tender driver and Crane operator.

In charge of 6-7 person on deck teaching and mentoring them of their duties, deck SOPs(mooring and anchoring procedure) and the boat's set up. Guiding, training and imparting my skills to the deck team (i.e tender driving, safety procedure of work aloft and over the side, carpentry, painting, varnishing and other deck repairs. I was in charge of keeping inventory up to date. Maintaining all water toys (jetskis, seabobs, efoils etc.) in pristine condition. Crane operator when launching and recovering Rescue boat, tenders and jet skis. During standby and shipyards we varnish capping rails, tables, teak repairs and Spray painting, replacing teak planks and caulking, paint buffing.
