Responsible for managing the daily maintenance of the interior, making job lists for 2 stews daily, training of the 3 stew that joined the boat with no experience, all inventories, guest service and liaison, all accounting for the chef and interior, communicating with the owner for all information, all trips, flights, reservations for lunches & dinners on shore, handling 12 guests for some trips on my own, managing 2 stewardesses, all work lists, provisions for guests and crew, ordering of all new uniform, did 2 shipyards, in charge of putting a shipyard interior defects sheet & hand it over to captain & engineer, calling contractors for carpet cleaning, crew mattresses etc.

Duties included service for breakfast, lunch and dinner, communicating with the boss for lunch, canapes and dinner times and the menu selection, overseeing housekeeping and laundry, rotated through every department in the interior, detailing of all guests areas, laundry, uniform, alcohol and wine inventories, organization of guest and crew area, weekly/monthly work lists, provision lists for guests and crew, responsible for training all junior and new crew members.

Duties included morning turn up off the boat, service to guests before Chief stew is up, setting up for breakfast, housekeeping, turn ups, turn downs, making sure back of house is always to a high standard, lunch service on all guest trips as well as helping for dinner service, beach set ups and service, rotated through every department in the interior, detailing of all guests areas, laundry, uniform, alcohol and wine inventories, organization of guest and crew area, weekly/monthly work lists, provision lists for guests and crew, responsible for training all junior and new crew members.
