Sole stew/deck position with rotating Captain. 2-10 guest day charters from Palma, Mallorca. 12 charters completed. Two charters a day - four hours per charter (with additional prep and pack down hours). Provide attentive service, including alcoholic/non-alcoholic drink preparation (wine and cava included) and snack style service (charcuterie/cheese boards). Pre-charter interior preparation including refreshments/fridges restock, detailing heads and interior, prep exterior lines for departure. Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to the captain. Assisting Captain with lines and fenders during docking and departing. Handle anchor setup, deployment, and retrieval.
