My responsibilities included: Creative table setups and cocktail making, remaining attentive to guests' needs to ensure excellent service, provisioning and organising inventory with precision, working synergistically in a team to complete a speedy turnaround, housekeeping duties with attention to detail and discretion, cooking meals for guests and crew, responsible for line work and fender duties during docking procedures, occasional tender driving, covering/uncovering seating areas on deck, and placing bridge awning covers when needed, safe guarding of the vessel during my watch duties, fully winterising the interior when the season is over. I stepped up to the Chief Stewardess Role in my last season. I had another stew working with me for the last few months of charter last year and thoroughly enjoyed taking on the leadership role to ensure that everything ran seamlessly onboard.
