Fast paced environment with short turnarounds and busy interior operations. In my role, I managed the yacht’s financial operations, managing accounts, ensuring strict budget compliance, overseeing interior, recruitment and training team of 5 Stewardess. My role included charter preparation, day to day work lists, all interior inventories including alcohol crew uniform and cleaning supplies, guest and crew provisions, organizing events up to 35 guests, American style and Silver service, booking restaurants or any other special guests requests.
