I hold both Master 500 GT and Master 3000 licenses, along with full STCW certification and a valid medical fitness certificate. My experience spans yachts from 43m to 85m, both private and charter, serving as Captain and Chief Officer on larger vessels. I am very hands-on in my approach, with a strong focus on safe navigation, efficient operations, preventative maintenance, and full compliance with maritime regulations. I am comfortable overseeing all aspects of yacht management while maintaining high standards at all times. I have extensive experience working directly with owners and guests, ensuring smooth itineraries, clear communication, and a relaxed yet professional onboard atmosphere. I am a natural leader who values crew motivation, accountability, and teamwork, and I take pride in running well-organised, calm, and disciplined operations.
