About
I have over 20 years of yachting experience and before yachting I lived in 5 European countries working in hotels and restaurants. I also owned a restaurant in Helsinki before moving out of Finland. I love different food cultures and have just completed a Japanese cooking course in Tokyo. However my cooking courses span over several countries and cuisines. Over the years being on both Charter and Private yachts, I have excelled in cooking for all nationalities. Other interests include illustrating cartoons about the yachting world, and have been published several times in the past. I now draw them for my own entertainment along with creating board games.

Career Objective
I feel like I still have lot to give to yachting and places to see. In future I'll most likely open a restaurant again but that can wait.

We did several charters but there was a lot of changes along the way. We had 4 different captain during the season in Caribbean. The vessel got eventually sold and we all got let go by the new owner
