I support the Chief Engineer in the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical and electrical equipment.

During shipyard I was in charge with supervision of pipework installation and technical drawings - Isometric and Schematic. Following up with inspection remarks, making sure that we were receiving the technical machineries according to the specifications. Populating the Planned Maintenance System and the spare parts inventory list with accordance to original equipment manufacturer. Working alongside DNV Class Society to inspect and approve various systems. Create procedures for engine equipment. During sailing I'm leading a team of 6 mechanics for engines repairs and maintenance of all machinery systems. I'm coordinating daily tasks and assigning work to 3 2nd engineers.

2nd Engineer watch keeper and day man onboard Freedom OTS. Boilers/steam system, EGB's, Starting/Instrument air compressors, Evaporators, RO plants, LO/FO purifiers, LO inventory, AWP, GW system, BW system Jets, Incinerators, Food waste system, Bilge ballast system.
