Assisting with the set up of a new build, recruiting and interviews. Working directly with the Project manager, the Captain and the owners. Finding and purchasing equipment and various interior items. Assisting with interior designing (crew mess, laundry room, bar, storage). Managing day workers and contractors before and during the season. Helping with the training of three green stewardesses. Working with up to 26 guests aged between 8 months and 80 years. Assisting with organizing the daily activities for the guests. Airport and hotel pick ups. Independently leading lunch service for up to 20 guests. Service, table set ups and decorations, assisting with theme parties and the bar service. Coordinating guest's meals with the Chefs. Responsible for organizing and restocking the pantry every charter. Responsible for the guest's and crew provisions and inventory. Responsible for the uniform and toiletries inventory. Preparing the yacht for the photo shooting and the off season period.

Responsible for the cleanliness of the crew mess, setting up for crew meals, refilling food and drinks, provisioning, inventory. Maintaining cleanliness of the interior, day heads, bridge, guest cabins. Assisting with the set up before and after the charter. Assisting with mooring operations, port watch duties. Relief Chief stewardess on my first week and last month of the contract. Responsible for training and supervising junior stewardesses. Responsible for laundry service for 13 crew members. Working directly with the Captain and the Manager. Working directly with the Guest chef and five different crew Chefs. Sending off and welcoming back the owners and guests. Setting up and clearing the table for guests, napkin folding, decorating. Assisting Chief stewardess with service. Housekeeping for 6 guest cabins and exterior guest areas on charter. Responsible for the uniform inventory. Responsible for the handover to the new Chief stewardess.

Extensive 2 month shipyard work and preparing the yacht for the season. Covering Chief stewardess' position for the time of her vacation. Covering Chef's position for the time of his vacation (cooking for 14 crew). Full laundry service for 10 crew members in the shipyard period. Taking care of the crew mess, refilling of food and drinks, provisioning. Training and supervising junior stewardesses. Housekeeping for 5 guest cabins. Setting up for owner's work outs and massages. Cleaning the interior, exterior areas, day heads, bridge. Sending off and welcoming back the owners and guests. Setting up and clearing the table for guests, table decorations, service. Serving food and drinks, making cocktails and hot beverages. Unpacking and packing owner's and guests' clothes, laundry service. Helping with provisioning, inventories, running errands for the owners. Assisting with mooring operations, port watch duties.
