Hotel Supervisor
CurrentI lead and managed a team of 4 hotel assistants to conduct exceptional standards cleanliness through daily room cleans and changeover days in a Chalet style hotel. I organised the weekly linen exchange with our laundry provider, and did all the product ordering for the hotel through liasing with chefs and hotel managers. I oversaw communal cleans, and was the point of contact for all staff on the hotel managers time off.
Chalet Host
I maintained an alpine chalet, and provided quality service to all guests, which determined our consistent 5 star reviews. I also provided housekeeping services, and ensured the cleanliness of the kitchen, reception, and guest rooms.
Tour Guide/Captains assistant
To assist in the busiest months of the season, I assisted with docking the boat, and as the Captain did not speak english, I was the contact for all guests on our tours. I ensured they enjoyed a comfortable and unforgettable experience with us in the stunning Albanian Riviera. I ensured safe entry and exit to and from the boat, food and drinks, photos, and local information about the history of Albania.
