Chef fir a family of 16 plus staff of 7-12 people.. Mainly Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, and International. High quality food, daily fresh with hand made pasta, bread, patisserie. Daily and different menu for each member of family and staff.
Sole Chef
Prepared daily fresh food, patisserie, handmade pasta, ice cream, bread, pizza. Italian, Asian, Japanese, French, American and Mexican style. Separate food for kids. Family style for lunch, fine dining for dinner.
Freelance Chef
Kosher, Italian, Mediterranean, Asian, Mexican, and Fusion cuisine. Gluten free diet. Handmade pasta, appetizer, baking and dessert. Weekly parties of max 12 people. Big parties for 40 - 80 people serving finger food.
