Manage all deck operations and supervise the crew to ensure efficient daily operations; Responsible for vessel maintenance, including firefighting equipment and lifesaving appliances; Act as officer on the bridge on demand, including high-alert situations, during arrivals, departures, narrow passages, and other critical operations; Participate in ship manoeuvring for arrivals and departures; Lead safety drills in line with company procedures.

Manage and operate all expedition vessels: zodiacs, special operations boats, submarine operations; Plan and supervise passenger expedition activities; Coordinate with Safety Officer for training and safety drills for crew and passengers; Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational readiness.

Oversaw onboard safety operations and compliance with international regulations; Conducted safety drills, emergency response, and crew training; Maintained lifesaving and firefighting equipment readiness.
