CurrentTook command of the vessel after a mothballing period with limited crew, organized ramp up plan, hired 14 crew and restored full operations - within 2 weeks, the owner cruising program started successfully. Very busy private yacht yet fully ISM-ISPS and MLC compliant. In 2021 I managed an extensive yard period with full paint job and 10 years survey accomplished in time and in budget. The boat is managed like a company, HOD's are empowered to run the boat following the boat Objectives and Strategies. A high level of delegation is in place on board and everybody is stimulated to contribute to the optimal running of the boat and to improve our SOP's.

Took command of the new built yacht from Benetti yard in Italy: responsible for the rigging of the ship. 215 days of charter (dual season) with 15 crew. Commercial vessel fully ISM-ISPS-MLC compliant. In charge of warranty periods and extensive modifications done in the first 2 years after launch. Project Manager on the 5 year's survey and some large refit projects on board (including hull and part of the over structure repainted, all guest's bathrooms refit, master area completely redone). Boat offered for sale, participation on Monaco, Antigua and Fort Lauderdale boat shows. Support clients and brokers during the sale process and vessel showings.
