Maintained Deutz SBV 12M 628 main engine (2250kW/900rpm) and Turbocharger VTR 201-2H, including fuel and oil filter changes and turbocharger oil replacement. Performed maintenance on Deutz TBD 616 V8 diesel generators (320kW, 1500rpm), including oil, fuel, and air filter replacements, and coolant renewal. Serviced Hydrovane and Hatlapa air compressors, Alfa Laval fuel separator, and PPT-BWS-1000 bilge water separator. Maintained Quantum QC 2200 stabilizers and H.E.M. Series 30 reverse osmosis desalination system, replacing membranes and high-pressure pump oil. Inspected and serviced Blohm + Voss thrust bearing and Reintjes WGF 1962 main gear system.

Performed maintenance of a 9m tender with a Yanmar engine. Managed daily operations, including MGO bunkering, inspections, and minor engine repairs. Conducted complete overhauls on main Cummins KTA 38-M2 and auxiliary Cummins QSB 7 DM engines. Played a key role in preparing the vessel for a 20-year Loyd's inspection in Singapore. Demonstrated proficiency in maintaining and servicing Seadoo GT 300 jet skis. Executed complete cleaning on marine pumps and greywater tanks, including rubber rotor cleaning or replacement.

Duties as Watch stander on marine power plants. Conducted maintenance and repair of air compressors, hydraulic power units, safety equipment, and mooring winches. Managed parts inventory and parts ordering process.
