As a relief crew chef for 6 weeks my main responsibility was cooking for 18 crew, 3 meals a day with many different backgrounds and dietary requirements. I worked there for 6 weeks and kept the menu varied and health-conscious never making the same thing twice. based in Montenegro in the winter the provisioning was a welcome challenge and all crew where very happy.
