Took command of M/Y Contigo as it underwent new management and ownership, tasked with leading a young crew through an exceptionally busy schedule of consecutive charters and owners’ trips. Oversaw the rollout of ISM and PMS systems, maintained safe and efficient operational standards, and ensured exemplary service delivery under demanding guest expectations. Played a key leadership role in crew development and maintaining continuity

Led the vessel through major operational transitions and demanding seasons under new ownership. Spearheaded the full set-up of M/Y Watercolours, managing an immediate owners’ trip followed by a 5-week shipyard period. Delivered the vessel to full commercial compliance, including installation of new shore-power conversion, implementation of ISM and PMS systems from the ground up, and alignment of all crew training and operational procedures with commercial standards. Successfully completed an Atlantic crossing to Antigua and led the vessel into a high-intensity Caribbean charter season.

Led full vessel setup to meet commercial requirements, implementing SOPs, risk assessments, and manuals. Rolled out and managed the ISM system, established PMS via IDEA, and oversaw all warranty works. Trained and motivated crew, fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring operational efficiency.
