Experience
Deckhand
Deckhand onboard a busy private yacht cruising along France, Italy, Spain and Sicily, as well as one month in the shipyard period. I assisted in daily deck operations, including docking, anchoring, and mooring procedures. Conducted regular maintenance of exterior areas, including cleaning, polishing, scrubbing the teak as well as paint jobs. Supported the crew in guest services, ensuring a high level of hospitality and satisfaction. Handling water sports equipment and assist guests with activities such as snorkeling and tubing.
Sole Deckhand
Sole deckhand onboard a busy charter/private yacht with 9 weeks charter and 7 weeks owner cruising along France, Italy, Sardegna, Corsica and Sicily. My deck duties included assisting the captain with anchoring, mooring, navigation watches and engineering. Maintenance of exterior with a complete wipe down before guest wake up, entire deck set-up and watersport preparations on the swim platform. Trusted to transport guest and crew via tender to shore. My stew duties included onboarding of guests, assisting interior with unpacking luggage, and meal service set-up and clearing.
