My passion for the sea is reflected in my dedication to watersports, including windsurfing, surfing, foiling and many other watersports. I had the honor of representing the Spanish Youth Olympic Windsurfing Team, which instilled in me discipline, perseverance, and a deep connection to the maritime world. These activities not only fuel my love for the sea but also reflect my commitment to an active and adventurous lifestyle.
Experience
Junior Engineer and Deckhand
As a 2nd Engineer/Deckhand on a private motor yacht, I assisted in maintaining and repairing key systems, including generators, auxiliary systems, and electrical systems. I managed the upkeep of tenders and water toys, supported AV/IT troubleshooting, and participated in deck operations such as docking and mooring. Additionally, I assisted with deckhand duties as needed. My experience includes working with systems such as HVAC, watermakers, power distribution, and onboard communication equipment.
Skipper
In the summer of 2023, I skippered the press dinghy for the Copa del Rey and Trofeo Sofia regattas. I was responsible for safely navigating the press boat, ensuring efficient transportation of media teams, and providing stable support for coverage of the events. My role required excellent navigation skills, coordination with race officials, and a keen understanding of regatta operations.
Engineer
I was responsible for maintaining and safeguarding the yacht during the off-season, performing routine checks, running systems, and handling necessary repairs. I also managed cleaning and preservation tasks to keep the vessel in optimal condition for its owners.
