M/Y 47m

Rotational Chief Stew for busy Charter vessel cruising the Caribbean and the Med. Running with a crew of 10 and interior of 3.

Chief Stewardess

Jan 2024 - Jun 2024
M/Y Lady A

I joined Lady A as a new build prior to delivery. I recruited the interior team, set up the interior and managed the interior snag list with the shipyard. From purchasing everything for guest and crew areas to putting interior procedures in place. I prepared the boat for the first owner trip which was a busy Monaco Grand Prix trip where the owners entertained a large number of guests. The boat runs with 17 crew and an interior of 6 and had Middle Eastern owners.

Chief Stewardess

May 2023 - Sep 2023
M/Y Cocoa Bean

Cocoa Bean runs with a crew of 19 and interior of 6. We completed a Med season with a 9-week owner trip during which we had between 8-12 guests on with regular guest changes. I joined just before the trip along with 2 other stews so initially the role involved training and getting the team familiarised and working together. This was a very hands on, service heavy role with the owners liking elaborate table décor, themed meals and to hold celebratory events onboard. Being at anchor for nearly the whole trip, keeping the team’s morale up was important. I left this position as the plan for the position to go rotational after the season did not happen.
