Stepped in at end of extensive 16 month yard period to prep boat for return to owners. Supported interior team of 2 with training, direction, leadership and transitioning out of yard while detailing, inventorying and supporting chef with provisions.

Stepped in during yard to prep boat for sale, boat show and onboard, train new interior staff, while assisting with hiring of new chief. Completed 3 week diving charter with repeat guests and last minute Bahamas trip.
