I do have 3 years experience in the yacht industry as Captain I am calm, professional, confident and very hard working. I'm also active and healthy with a happy positive outlook. I like to lead from the front with empowerment, encouragement and inspiration and understand the importance of strong crew morale in the yacht industry and how it directly affects the guest experience onboard.
