M/Y Summer has been a great learning experience in many different aspects, from hull surveys and in depth GRP structures, to budgeting and crew management. With the backing of an experienced managment company a potentially difficult yard period was managed and completed to the satisfaction of the owner. As the vessel was based in the Med, and considerable holiday leave was appointed, I am now looking for a rotational role on board my next vessel. I am looking forward to building up a good working relation with the Owner/Captain and crew towards a smooth sailing vessel.
