Joined an owners' live-aboard program with New Years charter booked; Use previous charter experience to seamlessly integrate into the program operations; Hit the ground running during rapid turnaround times - less than 24 hours - both before and after the charter; Merged in a fast-paced environment with high-maintenance interior requiring specific knowledge and very high standards; Performed impressively during a short 3-week assignment that both Owners and Captain offered me a permanent position.
