Employed as Relief Captain for the Summer season on a large support yacht carrying 22 crew, service staff and main guests. Heavy cruising with the mother vessel in the Western Med. Strategic communications between the fleet commanders, Owner’s office and compliance team. Internal audit and Annual/Intermediate class surveys carried out successfully at the end of the season.

Employed for a new owner. Took the yacht through the final stages of the sale, name change, flag change and management change along with all the relevant surveys within a 6-week period. Recruitment of a new crew and completed necessary works in the shipyard in time for the maiden Owners trip in the Summer. 3-month guest trips cruising in Turkish and Greek waters. All accounting, invoices, budgets carried out using Wise and Voly. Maintaining positive morale and high safety culture onboard. Completing and managing successful charters in the Caribbean.

Guest trips. Managing and leading final stages of the rebuild project. Advanced use of Voly accounting and Pinpoint works. No management company so I have an open and direct working relationship with the Owner and his Office. Budget implementation and management. Setting up mini-ISM and PMS with the HOD’s. Crew laid off due to 2 years lay up as new engines required.
