I have been assisting as a freelance stew on Nevertheless since November 2023. It is privately owned, and I do the turn arounds after boss trips. This ranges from Deep cleaning of all aspects of the interior, laundry, ironing and preparing for the next trip.

I was asked to join A and A, a classic Feadship by a chief stewardess whom I have previously worked with on MY Callista and MY Aurelia. A and A is an exclusively private yacht run with high standards and is also a part of the family’s fleet. Although it's privately owned it has a very busy schedule with the owners making use of the boat throughout the year. Being in a 2nd stew role I was responsible for helping the chief stewardess with service and I was rotating amongst all the duties onboard the vessel. We hosted several special occasions including a beach picnic setup for 9 guests. We also hosted the Euro Cup onboard with 30 guests onboard for a party. I learnt how to manage my time efficiently and developed an excellent eye for detail onboard MY A and A. I stepped up as Chief Stewardess after my previous summer on A and A as 2nd Stewardess. I oversaw the interior and guest services, taking care of all interior provisioning and running a small team. I also organized some new crew uniforms as well as a few additional items for the interior. It has been a busy summer on A and A this year. We took part in the Monaco Grand Prix in May and cruised to Spain, Italy and back to France with the owner, family and friends. From busy tender runs, birthday dinners and a lovely beach setup in Murtoli our owner and family were extremely happy and said it was the best summer they have had in years.
