Having worked in hospitality for over 15 years, mostly in the luxury sector, including cocktail bartender, stewardess, hostess, crew chef and 'chef de partie', I am eager to join a galley team where I can broaden my knowledge and be part of a great crew. I love cooking healthy Mediterranean, as well as all the crew favourites and a few treats to keep up crew moral. I have excellent knowledge and practice of different dietary requirements including intolérances, allergens and preferences to Vegan; vegetarian; high protein; low carb etc.

Career Objective
After a break from yachting to work land-based in restaurants and private cooking, I am eager to get back to life on-board, be part of a great crew and further my skills and education in my field. I'd like to work as crew/sous chef on a private yacht between 40m-80m, either temp, seasonal or permanent. I have experience on both sail and motor and am happy to work on either.

I enjoy exploring different locations and learning about their cultures, cuisines and unique ingredients; love a good research session on nutrition; enjoy hiking, swimming, yoga, SUP, reading (cookbooks above all of course!), horse riding and recently getting back to music, namely piano (which is not so conducive to yachts, but hey!).
