About

I have a very active lifestyle and like to keep fit by walking, hiking, yoga & pilates. I am currently doing Yoga Teacher Training online to become a qualified Yoga Teacher. I enjoy reading in my spare time, more specifically self-development books. Love spending time at the beach or doing activities and in my time off I usually get off the yacht to do something adventurous. I am also learning to speak Spanish but at the very early stages of this.

Experience

2nd Stewardess

Sep 2024 - Jan 2025
M/Y Cecile B

Myself and the Chief Stewardess would rotate schedules. Morning duties included breakfast and lunch service, cabin turnup and housekeeping of main/upper salon as well as crew area's such as crew mess, laundry, halls walls & bridge. Night duties included checking on Boss, maintaining guest and crew area's, cabin turndown and dinner service. Since my Chief Stew has resigned and we are in ship yard I have been able to organise and clean all the bilge's, pantries and the Galley.

2nd Stewardess

May 2024 - Aug 2024
M/Y Marina Wonder

Myself and the Chief Stewardess essentially shared roles due to the size of the vessel. I joined 3 days before our first trip and served either breakfast or dinner to the guests and helped with lunch service when the time permitted. This alternated with either cabin turn ups, or turndowns for the 5 cabins on board. We would both alternate between dailies, to make sure the boat was running in an efficient manner. I got to decorate tables for guest dinners and/or assist the Chief Stew. Because of the size of the vessel we were also to help out on deck when birthing doing lines and fenders. This boat I gained so much experience in all areas of interior and I think this was so valuable for my career to work on a smaller vessel and help out wherever I was needed.

Daywork

May 2024 - May 2024
M/Y Carpe Diem

One day turnarounds; Detailing Cabins, Main Salon, Bridge etc. Was asked to return for daywork a 3rd time but had signed contract.
