During my time onboard we upkept all guest and crew areas to an impeccably high standard, learning multiple ways of completing tasks while paying close attention to detail. Throughout my time onboard I rotated through housekeeping, service and laundry and assisted with all the daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. I was trusted with the responsibility of uniform for 25+ crew, from organization of the store to distribution and inventory. I assisted my leads with stock take, orders and creating inventories.
First Mate and Sole Chef
First Mate on deck in charge of raising and dropping anchor. In charge of Tender runs for the guests onboard and Galley runs for Food supplies. As well as assisting with diving gear preparation for dives. Chef for S/Y Tailwinds preparing all meals for guests on boarding including Breakfast (hot and cold breakfasts, buffet style) Lunch (Buffet family Style) Dinner (3 course meal plated) and snacks throughout sailing and cocktail hour. Preparing food alternatives when needed (Vegan, vegetarian, GF and DF).
2nd Stewardess
Second Stewardess with a specialised focus on Housekeeping; Detailing, Deep Cleaning and Laundry. In charge of the Table décor for Breakfast and Lunch, Maintenance of Flowers onboard and Preparing Breakfast juices and smoothies. In charge of Breakfast service and Lunch service at times with the Chief Stew.
