Independently managed the entire interior department and crew during a full winter period, ensuring seamless operations and successful hiring and placement of 2nd Stewardess. Oversaw budget control and managed all interior department accounts, including tracking of expenses and financial reporting. Completed a comprehensive inventory of the interior department in preparation for the sale of the vessel. Created and implemented standard operating procedures (SOPs), preference sheets for both crew and guests, and organized all related spreadsheets. Successfully completed four international boat shows (charter and sales), assisting with showcasing the vessel and managing guest relations. Spearheaded provisioning for both crew and guests, ensuring dietary preferences and quality standards were consistently met. Managed land-based accommodation and transportation logistics during shipyard periods and vessel transits via Dock Express. Played a key role in the sale and changeover process involving new owners, captains and crew. Rotated through all interior department roles. Executed full-service operations including family-style, buffet, and plated service for both owners and charter guests. Completed an extensive three-period shipyard period, assisting with logistics, accommodations, and vessel readiness. Arranged and facilitated guest transportation services, including airport pickups and drop-offs. Rebooked crew ENG1 medicals and Schengen visas, ensuring timely compliance with maritime regulations. Organised and led engaging crew activities and bonding sessions, including game nights, 5km runs, push-up challenges, and adventurous team outings such as the world's steepest zip line. Coordinated and celebrated crew birthdays, enhancing morale and team cohesion. Hosted themed breakfasts, lunches, and dinners tailored to guest preferences. Conducted restaurant and spa reconnaissance to recommend top-tier guest experiences. Set up full beach service operations including equipment, refreshments, and guest hospitality. Designed fresh flower arrangements to enhance onboard ambiance. Assisted on deck with fender operations and occasional wash downs. Took initiative in learning how to operate various tenders to expand versatility and support deck operations.

Oversaw the laundry for +- 14 crew members. This included their personal items as well as crew uniform. Complete daily / weekly details of the interior, organized and inventorying all storage areas, cleaning and preparing the yacht for the upcoming season as well as, deep cleaning crew cabins. Stow away and prepare the interior for the Atlantic crossing.

My duties consisted of laundry (Guest and Crew)- wash, iron, complete stain treatments, sew crew uniform, delivery of laundry and complete monthly inventory of stock. Housekeeping - The interior consists of 5 guests cabins, 2 common areas (main saloon and sky lounge), 2 public day heads and 2 pantries. My duties consisted of: cleaning, vacuuming, wipe downs, reorganizing and detailing all areas of the interior - I therefore, ensured that all areas in the interior were guest ready, at all times. Service: For the season. I was predominantly on morning shift, and would prepare the owners morning tea and coffee, set up for breakfast upon request, serve and clear - the service style on board is family style. Furthermore, throughout the day, I was on standby to cover the Chief Stewardess on service when needed. Crew mess: Clean, vacuum and set up the crew mess and ensure it is neat and clean at all times. Therefore, my duties also included restocking the crew mess, completing regular stock take and setting up for lunch and dinner. Masseuse: Perform a mix of deep tissue and Swedish massage on a daily, occasionally assist the deck team with fenders whilst docking. Closed the boat in preparation for winter.
