I had an opportunity to be a 2nd Stewardess role onboard it gave me more confidence and leadership grounding needed to deepen my service skills and take on greater responsibility. I worked alongside an exceptional team and found real fulfilment in guiding junior crew where needed, while staying open to feedback and always looking for ways to improve. The season was fast-paced, with back-to-back charters and frequent one-day turnarounds that demanded precision, speed, and adaptability. I loved building reports with guests and took great pride in exceeding expectations through thoughtful, personalized service that made their time onboard feel truly memorable.

Assisting in all aspects of the vessel- provisioning, housekeeping, laundry and service. Setting up and decorating tables for lunch and dinners. Organizing events for the guests, theme parties. Making cocktails and welcome drinks for charter guests. Supervising and mentoring Junior Stewardess.

Have an excellent understanding of the service department, participate in the daily routine duties of the service department, supporting the team. The prime responsibility is to ensure the owner of the vessel, and the guests receive the highest possible service and the best experience possible on-board. Participate in various training to comply with the yacht's high standards of service. Ensuring all procedures are followed, monitor and report guest information to the Head of service/Chief Stew, monitor all guest areas, monitor stock lists, and report defects. Provisioning, crew mess and laundry duties, etc.
