Aloha, I’m Tiera — a yacht chef and stewardess originally from Maui with a strong background in hospitality, provisioning, and charter preparation. I’ve worked aboard Fountaine Pajot, Bali, and Lagoon sailing yachts, supporting both private and charter programs with high-quality guest experiences. My strengths include creative menu planning, dietary accommodations, organization, and maintaining a calm, positive energy in fast-paced environments. To continue growing my career within the yachting industry by joining a larger, dynamic program where I can develop my skills as a chef and stewardess while contributing to exceptional guest experiences and strong team culture. Assisted with interior service, housekeeping, and guest care to ensure a welcoming onboard atmosphere. Contributed to overall vessel readiness through cleaning, stocking, floral presentation, and attention to detail throughout guest spaces. Chef & First Mate aboard S/V Some Kind of Wonderful, a 72’ Fountaine Pajot Victoria, supporting both private and charter operations from initial splash in Puerto Rico through delivery to St. Thomas and subsequent charters. Worked independently during the early program phase to deep clean, restore, organize, and fully stock the vessel, establishing systems to ensure charter readiness and efficient onboard operations. Responsible for menu planning, provisioning, and executing high-quality, multi-course meals tailored to guest preferences and dietary needs. Assisted with navigation support, docking preparations, deck operations, and overall vessel maintenance while maintaining high interior standards. Recognized for strong initiative, organization, adaptability, and the ability to balance culinary execution with operational responsibilities in a fast-paced charter environment.
