CurrentServing as Chief Officer/Acting Captain responsible for the safety of guests, crew, yacht, and environmental protection. Responsible for regulatory compliance, financial management, and owner satisfaction. Responsible for liaising with owner rep in forward planning for yacht. Vessel POC for re-classing and re-flagging yacht back to IACS classification society & REG flag state. Vessel POC for 20 year special survey, dry docking & refit.
Master
Served as Master responsible for the safety of guests, crew, yacht, and environmental protection. Responsible for regulatory compliance, financial management, and owner satisfaction. Responsible for liaising with owner rep in forward planning for yacht. 2 x yacht pre-sale surveys and sea trials, 1 x yacht sale.
Relief Mate
Sailed as Relief Mate whilst yacht was in full summer season operation on the Pacific Northwest coast of Canada. Watchkeeping duties, anchoring operations, tender driving, daily wipe/wash/detail routines, and safety equipment checks amongst other duties performed. Safety Officer responsible for drill coordination, crew familiarization and training.
