A passionate individual with a deep love for the ocean, having grown up in Amanzimtoti, South Africa. Spending much of my time at the beach, I developed strong skills in bodyboarding and swimming while volunteering as a lifesaver. These experiences ignited my passion for the sea and inspired me to pursue opportunities that allow me to travel and explore the world while remaining connected to the water. With a proactive and adventurous mindset, I am eager to embrace new challenges and environments, bringing my dedication to teamwork, safety, and the ocean into any professional setting

Career Objective
I want to spend a solid few years in the yatching industry to make it up to chief officer level and to eventually retire and open up my own Dive shop and teach people the wonders of the ocean and Sea. I want to give them the experience I got growing up as a kid.

Passionate about fitness and well-being, I regularly go to the gym to maintain physical health and strength. Swimming and bodyboarding are my favourite ways to stay active, allowing me to connect with the ocean while improving endurance and skills in the water.

Deckhand
Responsible for daily washdowns, general deck maintenance, stainless steel and fender hardware polishing, anchor chain painting, fender cleaning, line handling during docking and undocking, 2-part teak scrub and providing basic assistance in the engine room as required. My employment onboard was a winter position hence the reason for looking for work for the summer season.
