- Assist the Hotel Manager with the daily running of the service department and cover him if needed. - Ensure the owner & the guests receive the highest possible service and the best experience possible on-board. - Monitor and report guest information to the Hotel Manager. - Table setting and guest service, silver service. - Presentation of wine to the guests. - Requisitions for future charters. - Control and lead dinner service. - Keep crew mess, housekeeping and laundry watch. - Inventory.
